Making a referral is easy. You can call Catherine on 0401 611 578 to talk about the referral process. If required she can provide information about getting a mental health care plan from your GP/Psychiatrist in order to claim your $128.40 rebate from Medicare.
If you already have a mental health care plan from your GP you can call Catherine to set up your first appointment. Otherwise, if you are not eligible for Medicare ( e.g, people who are not Australian residents,) or you simply prefer to pay for therapy independently, this can be arranged whenever you call.

Appointments generally run on a weekly or fortnightly basis, dependent on the individual. If you have any reports from other professionals it is a good idea to bring them along to your first appointment.
